Job Title :
Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of an annual marketing and communication plan for each course, outlining clear deliverables and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing to ensure impactful, strategy-led activities in Campaigns, Outreach, PR, and Events.
- Be familiar with website updates, CRM usage, and utilization of email and SMS marketing tools.
- Possess good knowledge of social media and search campaigns to enhance the online presence of ITARI courses.
- Manage the marketing budget for courses, ensuring proper planning and monitoring of expenditures.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with vendors and marketing agencies to execute various marketing initiatives effectively.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in various situations.
- Maintain a diplomatic approach with internal and external stakeholders, being persuasive and resilient.
- Work closely with the Marketing Executive to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Preferable Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing preferably in education sector
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and collaborating with external partners.
