At the Indus Training and Research Institute, we believe that educators play a central role in building a thoughtful and responsible society. Highlights of the course

The ITARI Professional Development Workshop Series is designed to inspire innovation in teaching and learning. Through these workshops, educators are encouraged to examine their existing practices, unlearn outdated approaches, and adopt pedagogical methods suited to contemporary classrooms. ITARI collaborates with schools and educational organisations to design programmes that respond to the evolving needs of teachers and learners.

Format

Workshops include in-class training sessions supported by knowledge resources, handouts, and reference materials, along with follow-up days for classroom observation and feedback. Programmes are conducted both on-site at participating schools and online. Each workshop is carefully designed following a detailed needs analysis and consultation with the institution.

Certification

Faculty members who successfully complete the workshop receive a certificate awarded by ITARI.

Educators, senior leadership teams from education sector, and industry.
Schools affiliated to CBSE, State Boards, IGCSE, IB, and CAIE.

In-class training and practise using knowledge resources, handouts, and reference material, plus additional days of observational feedback. The courses are held on the premises of the different schools + online, and are created following comprehensive due diligence and need analysis of the school.
