Payment Policy
Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this policy is to define our formulated policies for online payments and to ensure the security of financial transactions on our platforms. This policy applies to all fees for courses, training programs, and other services processed through our online payment gateway.
1. Payment Gateway and Security
All online payments for our courses and services are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway. This payment gateway provides the technology infrastructure to route and facilitate online payment transactions.
Data Handling: ITARI does not directly collect or store your financial information, such as credit card or debit card numbers. All sensitive payment data is securely handled by the payment gateway, which is compliant with industry security standards.
Security: We have implemented a range of security measures to protect your personal information and ensure that all transactions are secure. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of data transmitted over the internet.
Verification: Payments are subject to verification by the issuing bank or financial institution. If your payment is refused or declined for any reason, ITARI is not obligated to inform you, and your transaction may not be completed.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Our payment gateway accepts various modes of payment, including:
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
3. Payment Terms and Conditions
Currency: All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR), and all payments must be made in this currency.
Transaction Fees: While ITARI does not add any transaction fees, the payment gateway provider or your bank may apply a separate convenience fee or charge. You are responsible for any such charges.
Timely Payment: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all fees are paid in a timely manner. ITARI is not responsible for any delay or failure in payment processing.
Incorrect Details: ITARI does not accept liability for a payment that fails to reach the correct student’s account due to incorrect student details provided by you.
4. Multiple Payments
In the event that a payment is debited more than once from your account for a single transaction, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount. You must report such an incident to ITARI’s accounts department within 7 working days. The refund will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Policy Integration
This Payment Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By making a payment through our website, you agree to all three policies.
