      Cancellation & Refund Policy

      Purpose and Scope

      This policy aims to ensure a clear, fair, and transparent process for all cancellation and refund requests related to courses and services purchased from our online platforms. This policy applies to all fees paid for our programs via our integrated payment systems.

      1. General Refund Principles

      • Non-Refundable Fees: The application fee and admission registration fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.

      • Refunds on Course Fee Only: Refunds, where applicable, will be provided only for the course fee paid, subject to the conditions and deductions outlined below.

      • Written Request Required: All requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing via email to enquiry@itari.in by the student or their parent/guardian.

      • Processing Time: The institution shall process the refund within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the written application.

      • Payment Method: All approved refunds will be made only to the bank account from which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 15 working days for the amount to be credited.

      2. Refund Schedule

      Refunds will be processed based on the timeframe of the cancellation request relative to the formally notified last date of admission or the commencement of the program.

      • 15 days or more before the last date of admission: 100% refund of the course fee.

      • Less than 15 days before the last date of admission: 90% refund of the course fee.

      • 15 days or less, after the last date of admission: 80% refund of the course fee.

      • 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after the last date of admission: 50% refund of the course fee.

      • More than 30 days after the last date of admission: No refund.

      3. Cancellation by the Institution

      • If a student’s admission is not approved by the relevant university or regulatory body, the admission will be canceled, and a course fee reimbursement will be made after necessary deductions.

      • If a student is found to be violating the rules and regulations of the college, loses eligibility due to a shortage of attendance, or provides incorrect information, their admission will be canceled at the discretion of the Principal. In such cases, no fee reimbursement will be provided.

      4. Policy Revisions

      The institution reserves the right to modify this refund policy as per the guidelines of any regulatory body, such as the UGC. Any changes will be updated on our website.
